• The rates of the holiday flats are charged in EURO per flat and per day.
• Rates do not include the local tax of EUR 5,00 per person and per day (children up to the age of 15 do not have to pay)
• Final cleaning upon request
• Reduction for children on request
• Check in: from 3 pm until 8 pm
• Check out: until 10 am
• Unfortunately, pets are not permitted
• Smoking is prohibited in all holiday homes. Smoking is allowed on balconies, terraces, or the garden.

In the event of cancellation of the booked vacation apartment, early departure or late arrival, the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply:

• up to 3 months no cancellation fees
• 3 months to 1 month 40 %
• 1 month to 1 week 70 %
• in the last week 90 %
• Iin the event of later arrival or earlier departure, the full price will be charged.

Travel insurance

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
